Maximilien is the founder and CEO of MAGAN. In his family, photography has been practiced since its invention, and his grandfather was among the first to make films. Maximilien has been a successful entrepreneur since he was 19, when he took over his first business, the family studio, at the helm of the court. He then founded other companies in the PAF and in the exhibition community. Operating in the Emirates since 2015, he built 6 pavilions for the Dubai Universal Expo 2020, two of which were awarded best design by the BIE.

Rana is a Swiss and Lebanese national living in Dubai since 2015.

She has over fifteen years of deep expertise in the fields of branding, marketing and communications in the luxury industry, with broad working experience in Geneva (Richemont Group, SIHH),  London (Nourbel & LeCavelier), Paris (Ralph Lauren) and Dubai (Arab Luxury World and Julius Baer).

Rana holds a Master in Luxury Management (University of Geneva - 2006), a Master at the Graduate Institute of Geneva (IUHEID - 2004) and the GIA Certification (1998). She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Arabic.

Marc graduated from EPFL in Switzerland. He has worked on various projects ranging from diverse buildings, villas, hotels, mosques, schools, industrial warehouses and even on the construction of Burj Khalifa! He also managed the development of ports and airports. Regardless of the size of the project, he always carries it out with mastery.

Bernard has a architect and designer background, with over 25 years of experience in the sector of events. He has worked around the world on over 2000 events: fashion shows, concerts, UHNWI weddings, vehicle launches and much more…

Laurent is Production and Technical Director. He is particularly familiar with the performing arts community and all the material requirements associated with this type of artistic endeavor. This of course requires the logistical support of several hundreds of people, for which he has a obvious talent.

Christophe is the principal constructor for the film industry. He began as a shipwright then became technical director for major exhibitions and various Disney parks around the world. The construction and installation of decors have no secrets for him, especially when these are made of wood.

Jean is a stage manager and chief machinist. He has set up many television and film sets. He also did scenography for museums and for several pavilions of Universal Exhibitions. When it comes to material management or work force management, he is definitely your first choice.

François is a graphic designer and project manager in scenographic installation for the French national museums. He is an expert in computer graphics, motion capture, 3d environment and virtual tour. He teaches those subjects in colleges and universities, and has been implementing them in the organization of many events for more than ten years.

Philippe specializes in television and the audiovisual sector. For years, he produced the most popular international and national TV game shows of the major French channels, but he also exercised his talents for music shows, for theatre, and for other works of fiction. The augmented 3D virtual stages he develops are at the forefront of global technology.

Tom was born in England and graduated from the prestigious Chelsea College of Art & Design in London. He has all the necessary skills to carry out our client’s projects. He is not only a chief constructor, but also passionate about technical studies and the construction of sets upstream. As a result of this double experience, he has an immaculate reputation in the audiovisual and event sectors.

Claudia has directed more than 50 exhibitions around the world as project manager at Business France. She has extensive field experience and is now responsible for the organization of MAGAN, including the financial department.
